No account is required, and the website does not create a consultancy, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or other professional-client relationship between the operator and a user.
Permitted use
You may access the public pages and use the calculators for lawful personal, educational, or internal professional evaluation. You may copy or print your own results for those purposes, subject to the limitations displayed with each tool.
- Do not interfere with the website, probe security controls, introduce malicious code, or impose an unreasonable load.
- Do not misrepresent a calculator result as certification, regulatory approval, a verified quotation, or a professional opinion issued by Hossam Farag.
- Do not remove attribution or reproduce substantial website content, methodology text, software, or design for republication without permission or another lawful basis.
- Do not use the website unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
Your information and exports
The operator does not receive calculator inputs or results through the application. You are responsible for the accuracy, authority, and confidentiality of information you enter and for securing any copied, printed, or downloaded output.
Do not enter personal data, confidential project information, export-controlled material, or third-party information unless you are authorised to process it on your own device.
Intellectual property and third-party references
Except for identified third-party material, the website software, original text, presentation, and original methodology expression are owned by Hossam Farag or used with permission. These terms grant only the limited right to use the public website as described above; they do not transfer ownership.
Third-party names, trademarks, standards, and product references belong to their respective owners. Referential use does not imply affiliation, certification, sponsorship, or endorsement. The website does not reproduce a standard or replace access to an authoritative licensed edition.
Availability and changes
The website may be corrected, updated, suspended, or withdrawn. A result can change when a methodology, source, assumption, or input changes. There is no promise that every feature or source will remain available or that the website will be uninterrupted.
The version and source dates shown with a tool matter. Save any record you need; the website is not a document-retention or project-record system.
Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for project decisions and for obtaining suitably qualified review. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not responsible for losses arising solely from treating a preliminary result as professional advice, certification, a contractual commitment, or a substitute for required verification.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability or mandatory consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the country of habitual residence or restrict a right to use a competent court or dispute process that cannot lawfully be excluded.
